Absolutely thrilled with the service! My little Yorkie, Max, was in desperate need of a trim, and I found this grooming service online. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organisation of the place. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly warm and friendly. They took the time to chat with me about what I wanted for Max’s grooming and offered great suggestions based on his coat type. When I returned to pick him up, I could hardly recognise him! He looked fabulous with the perfect cut, and he was wagging his tail like he had just come back from a spa day. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the waiting area could have more seating. Other than that, I can't recommend this place enough! Max is already looking forward to his next visit.

I can't rave enough about my experience with this grooming service! My cocker spaniel, Bella, has always been quite the diva when it comes to grooming. Even the thought of a bath sends her running for cover! However, after a friend recommended this place, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to understand Bella's quirks. They patiently coaxed her into the grooming area and even had treats on hand to help ease her nerves. I particularly appreciated the fact that they used natural, hypoallergenic products, as Bella has sensitive skin. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely stunning! Her coat was shiny and well-shaped, and she didn’t seem stressed at all. The only minor improvement I would suggest is for them to provide a bit more feedback about the grooming process while it’s happening; I was a bit anxious waiting, but everything turned out fantastic. Overall, an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be returning for Bella's next pamper session!

I recently took my Labrador, Charlie, for a grooming session and I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, asking the right questions to ensure they understood exactly how I wanted his grooming done. Not only did they give him a lovely bath and trim, but they also took the time to check his ears and nails, which I really appreciated. Charlie can be a bit anxious, but I could tell he felt safe in their hands. The grooming took about an hour, and when they brought him out, he looked like a whole new dog! His fur was soft and shiny, and he seemed so happy. The only thing I would suggest is that they implement a quick follow-up call a few days after grooming to check on the dog's wellbeing; it would make the experience even more personalised. Overall, a fantastic service that I will be using regularly from now on!
